Privacy
We only keep what's needed to answer your request and produce the part. Nothing else.
Who handles the data
Bruno Barros, trading as Ponto Quatro. Tax ID 236786580. Rua Silvestre Vaz, 5000-281 Vila Real, Portugal. bruno@pontoquatro.pt
What data we collect
When you request a quote: name, email, phone if given, and whatever you write in the request, including any files or photos you attach. When you order a lamp: name, email, phone if given, the photo you upload, and the options you choose, such as size, base colour and image adjustments. We don't collect anything else. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking tools.
What it's for
To answer your request, give you a price and a timeline, and produce the part. The legal basis is performing the contract and the steps taken before it, at your request.
How long we keep it
Requests that didn't turn into an order: 6 months. Completed orders: 12 months after delivery. Photos you sent: deleted with the request. If you ask us to delete it: we delete it as soon as we know. A note in good faith about the photos. When we delete an image, it leaves our records immediately, but it may stay a little longer in the caches of the service that stores it. It isn't listed anywhere and doesn't show up in searches. If you need a guarantee of complete removal, tell us, and we'll ask for those copies to be deleted too. We keep orders for a year because that's the timeframe in which it makes sense to be able to repeat a part or fix a problem with it.
Who else touches it
Sanity, where requests are stored. The servers are in the European Union, in Belgium, and backups are kept in European regions. Vercel, where the site is hosted. Neither uses your data for anything else, and we don't share it with anyone else. Your data doesn't leave the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, or take it with you in another format. Just write to bruno@pontoquatro.pt and we'll reply within 30 days. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the National Data Protection Commission, at cnpd.pt.
What we don't do
We don't send newsletters. We don't sell or hand over data to third parties. We don't use your photos anywhere without asking you first, and we don't even ask unless the piece turned out well and it makes sense to show it.
