The part broke andit's not made anymore.
It happens with old machines, cars no longer in catalogues, appliances nobody repairs anymore. The part exists. The supplier doesn't.

How it works
1
Show us the part
A photo with a ruler next to it is enough to start the conversation.
2
We measure and design
With callipers. If the part is broken, we rebuild the missing geometry from what's left.
3
We print to test
The first version is for checking the fit, not for using.
4
We adjust until it fits
Tenths of a millimetre at a time. Only then do we produce the final part.
What we need from you
- The part, even broken. If you can't leave it with us, photos from a few angles with a ruler or a coin next to it for scale.
- Also tell us where the part fits and what load it takes.
Recommended materials
- PETG
- parts that work, resistant and with some flex
- ABS
- indoor use, moderate heat
- ASA
- outdoors, weatherproof
- TPU
- parts that need to give, seals, mounts
Timelines
- First test version
- 2 to 4 working days
- Final part
- as soon as the fit is right
Where we say no
We don't make parts under critical structural load, or parts in direct contact with engine heat. In those cases we say no and explain why. We'd rather lose the job than deliver a part that fails.
